Bali: more than a honeymoon destination

I recently got engaged and , to be honest, getting married in Bali does sound like a good idea. However, if you also plan to do this, make sure to research everything ahead of time and hire a specialized company to take care of the details.

But a honeymoon in Bali can be planned much easier. There are many couples which enjoy doing absolutely nothing on their vacation than soak up the sun , try the restaurants and maybe visit one of the major sights in the area.

And there are the rest of us, who want to find something special anywhere. A road trip in Bali sounds like my kind of a honeymoon. I dislike staying put and doing everything that other tourists do. Therefore, I am always up for adventure. Going off the beaten track is an amazing opportunity to discover other faces of Bali. It might not be a big island, but there are many roads which can take you away from the usual hustle and bustle.

Do prepare for a road trip carefully. It can make the difference between an awesome and a crappy experience. Pack a basic first aid kit. Always wear a bandana on your head. It’s hot and you don’t want to have health issues on your vacation, do you? Also, remember that you need to drink a lot of water. When you feel thirsty, you are already dehydrated. And don’t forget your sarong. It can double as a skirt when you visit the temples, or as a towel. You can easily transport it into a bag. Or even use it as a bandana. The Swiss Army knife is also a must, along with some dry treats.

What are you waiting for? Have you booked your tickets to Bali yet?
