- Why or why not?
If the best hostels were fully booked, we went to a small hotel. That was not much of a problem for us. We just didnt want to start every day with finding/calling for a place to stay. If we ended up finding the right place, cool! If not, we took a hotel.

Not specifically one person.
- Why do you stay in hostels, as opposed to other types of accommodation?
As mentioned before, the lively, social and international aspects are far better then in most hotels.
- Is there a hostel you'd recommend to other travelers? If so, what is it and where?
Paradiso, Nelson, New Zealand
- What is the biggest myth people have about hostels and hosteling?
Don't really know. Could be that they can be dirty? We always found nice and proper places.
- Why do you like to travel?
Meet other cultures, enjoy the sun and most of all to do whatever we'd like to do.
- What is your advice for other travelers wanting to stay in hostels?
If possible, take a look at the hostel first before making the booking.
