Rimu Park Lodge – Book your bed
Rimu Lodge is a beautiful restored 1914 villa with
loads of woodwork and high ceilings. It is carpeted
throughout and is very cosy. The lodge is set on a large
section overlooking Ohakune and park land in one direction
and spectacular Mt Ruapehu in the other.
Although a quiet location we are within easy walking
of all the bars and restaurants of the famous \'Junction\'.
The lodge has a large lounge with TV and video, a large
open fire which also heats the radiators in every room
including the large dining room which seats up to 20.

bars and Tongariro National Park. See top examples of
huge native forests.We can advise on attractions with
discounts on many activities. Also rental cars $45 per day
or use the free bicycles.
Also, breakfast is included for the ski season only in bedroom 1,3 &4
Breakfast is incl all year in the studio and not at all in the chalet.
As well as free bicycle and fully equipped kitchen,
our hostel will take of your every need.
Try the fantastic 16km down hill bike tour from up on
beautiful Mt Ruapehu down through alpine flora and rain
forest then enjoy a BBQ and game of volleyball on our
grass court. Sleep late if you wish. A great place to
recharge the batteries.
Ski season is quite busy and a good pre booking period is
usually required especially weekends and holidays.
Cancellations made closer than 2 weeks may incur a
penalty up to the cost of the first nights fee , this is on top of
cancellation fee charged bu hostelworld
