Kronos Beach – Book your bed
The Kronos Beach Studios are situated on the north coast half way between the towns of Heraklion and Rethymnon, overlooking the bay of Bali, a former fishing village. The complex offers beautiful views of the sea and mountains and the surrounding islands. The studios are also only 50 meters from a small sandy beach.
There are studios for up to 3 guests, with kitchenette, fridge, air conditioning (extra charge), private facilities with shower and a small balcony with nice view.
Breakfast is served on a large terrace and the owner's brother is the proprietor of the typical Cretan tavern next door which is known for its good food.
There are also other beaches to explore which are suitable for swimming, snorkelling, diving and other water sports. There are also some small shops and taverns at the harbour in the village centre.
About 3kms outside of Bali there is a nice monastery for those who want to do a bit of sightseeing and the bus stop to Heraklion and Rethymnon is 2km away.
From 2003 on Kronos Beach will have a 100m freshwater pool too.
