Apartment Bratanic – Book your bed
Our apartments are situated in Stari Grad, the oldest town on the island of Hvar. The apartments are bright and comfortable and located in a house which is 450 metres above the sea. We have 4 apartments, each with ensuite bathroom, kitchen, balcony and a garden with a nice panorama. They are located five minutes from the old town with its seaside and recreation centre.
Some activities you may want to pursue in the area include boat excursions, diving, sailing, fishing, jet-skiing, cycling and playing tennis. You will also want to visit Vrbanj, a village in the western interior of Hvar, 5km southeast of Stari Grad, which is the biggest grape producer on the island. This place, situated within olive groves and vineyards, has interesting architecture and walls which used to provide protection from pirates in past centuries. Vrbanj is also the birthplace of Matija Ivanic, leader of the folk rebellion on the island of Hvar at the beginning of the 16th century.
