The distance to a very beautiful beach which is ideal for children is 500 metres.
The apartment has its own private entrance and there is also a house-owned parking place in front of the house which provides of parking spaces for cars .
Around, and in direct proximity of the holiday house are several restaurants, purchase shops, Café bars and Discos, Fitness center, several Swimming pools for children and adult, mini gulf, tennis places, a center for various kinds of water sports.
The distance of the house from the center of Cavtat amounts to 1200 m.
