Antigua Cottages – Book your bed
These beach cottages are located on their own landscaped gardens on the seafront on Runaway Bay. You can step from your cottage on to a small private beach.
If you prefer the large expanse of the main Runaway Beach, a five minute walk brings you there. A twenty minute walk brings you to Dickenson bay which hosts the large Sandals resort and Rex Halcyon Cove Hotels.
Each cottage will sleep four persons comfortably and consists of two large bedrooms,two bathrooms kitchen/dining area and a lounge area. Each bedroom has two single beds. The lounge contains a double and a single couch/sofa which can accommodate an additional two persons in comfort. Outside the main entrance a shaded patio has two lounge chairs and a table ideal for breakfast and evening drinks.
Each cottage has an outside shower and lounge chairs .
Cable TV is provided with 40 channels which include movie channels. Telephone is provided with free local calls Outgoing international can only be made by credit card. A maid service is provided twice a week for cleaning ,and linen changes. Towels are provided in the bathrooms.
Each kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils capable of serving gourmet meals for the guests. If you prefer to dine out, located adjacent to the cottages is a Mexican restaurant which serves Mexican and European dishes. Located on Dickenson Bay are several interesting restaurants.
Air conditioning is provided in the two main bedrooms. Due to electricity cost an additional charge of $10US per day is applicable. Most people do not require this as the location of the cottages ensures a gentle breeze flows through. In addition bedrooms and lounge area have large ceiling fans.
If you fancy a day or night out on the sea, you can participate in a Catamaran day trip around the island, stopping at tiny Bird Island for a leisurely lunchtime barbeque, and various diving spots along the way. The Jolly Roger Pirate Ship is a great evening out for an all you can eat-drink-and-dance cruise around the west coast.
Nature lovers will enjoy a breathtaking trip up Fig Tree Drive through Antigua's rainforest, high in the hills on the south west side of the island. You can stop for fresh fruit or a guava juice at a roadside kiosk, and from among the greenery of the lush tropical plants, you'll overlook a spectacular coastline vista - plan to go early and catch the sunset!
We are located just a fifteen minute drive from the island's VC Bird International Airport, so you can be off the plane and on the beach in less than an hour from touchdown!
