All the apartments at Bakoven Sunsets have magnificent views across the Atlantic Ocean and the majestic mountains directly behind. It comprises a penthouse, one four-bedroom apartment and one three-bedroom and a 2 bedroom apartment. Three of the apartments have their own private swimming pools.
The apartments are beautifully decorated in different themes and incorporate maximum natural light.
Apartment 1 comprises 4 bedrooms all en-suite with 2 King size beds and 2 Double beds. Outside you will find a 4x3 meter swimming pool as well as a veranda and garden. There is under floor heating throughout the apartment and Boticeno marble throughout.
The granite kitchens are fully equipped. There are 2 corner baths in the main bedrooms and a shower, toilet and basin in other rooms.
Satellite TV and telephone is also provided in the apartment.
Apartment 2 consists of 3 bedrooms all en suite with 1 King bed, 1 Double bed and 1 Queen bed and the same features as apartment 1.
The Penthouse apartment has 3 bedrooms all en suite, also with 1 King bed, 1 Double bed and 1 Queen bed. The bedrooms have soft edge to edge carpeting.
Outside there is a 50’ rim flow swimming pool, bar and large entertainment area.
Other features same as other apartments.
Apartment 4 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A large wooden deck is a charming feature outside.
