This stylish, clean, large studio apartment is situated on the High Level Road of Sea Point in a quieter, safe, respectable residential area. There are a few restaurants a walk away and other amnesties such as bars, the waterfront, supermarket and beaches, are within a 5 minute journey.
The flat is on the second floor and is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, TV and others. It sleeps up to 3 people, 2 on a double bed and 1 on a pull out sofa. The separate WC has a shower facility only.
All linen and towels are provided. Parking is also available (arranged beforehand). And the flat has a sunny balcony where you can relax with a cocktail as the sun goes down!
